S&P Downgrades Outlook for RR Donnelley from Stable to Negative

Standard & Poor’s (S&P) Ratings Services has downgraded its outlook on publisher RR Donnelley (RRD) from “stable” to “negative.”  Although RRD stills holds a long-term corporate credit rating of BB+, S&P feels that RRD may face decline in the future due to “weak economic conditions, negative trends in print media and the risk of intensifying industry pricing pressure.”
